SOLE SCHOOL

ADMISSION POLICY

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Admission Policy is to ensure a fair, transparent, and inclusive process for admitting students to SOLE School, in line with the school’s vision, values, and applicable education regulations.

2. Eligibility Criteria
Admission to SOLE School is open to students who:

  • Meet the age requirements for the relevant grade level

  • Demonstrate readiness for the academic program offered

  • Provide all required documentation

  • Comply with school conduct and attendance expectations

SOLE School does not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, disability, or socioeconomic background.

3. Admission Process
The admission process includes:

  1. Submission of a completed application form

  2. Review of academic records and relevant documents

  3. Entrance assessment and/or interview (where applicable)

  4. Notification of admission decision

  5. Confirmation of enrollment upon payment of required fees

4. Required Documentation
Applicants must submit:

  • Completed admission application form

  • Birth certificate or valid proof of age

  • Previous school records or report cards

  • Transfer certificate (if applicable)

  • Passport-sized photographs

  • Any additional documents requested by the school

5. Priority of Admission
Where applications exceed available places, priority may be given to:

  • Siblings of currently enrolled students

  • Children of staff members

  • Students transferring from partner or feeder schools

6. Admission Decisions
All admission decisions are made by the school administration and are final. Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission.

7. Waiting List
If no places are available, eligible applicants may be placed on a waiting list. Admission from the waiting list depends on seat availability.

8. Fee Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the prescribed admission and tuition fees within the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the offered seat.

9. Withdrawal and Transfer
Parents/guardians must provide written notice for withdrawal or transfer of a student. Fee refunds, if any, will be processed according to the school’s fee policy.

10. Policy Review
SOLE School reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated to parents and guardians as necessary.
